In February 2010, NAREA sponsored and organized a professional development initiative in collaboration with Reggio Children and in partnership with New England NAREA members titled, "Dialogue for Quality in Education: Inspiring Change Through Collaboration and Community Building." The goals of this conference were:

• to provide a framework for discussion among NAREA Board Members, local NAREA members, local political and educational leaders and activists;
• to benefit from the experience and competence of Lella Gandini and Amelia Gambetti as inspiration for deep meaningful discussions focused on improving quality early childhood learning experiences;
• to create a unique opportunity for NAREA New England Members to share their work through Lunchtime Exchange sessions; and
• to encourage the local community to collaborate in the support of current professional development opportunities and the establishment of new ones.

It is NAREA's intention to organize a winter conference in partnership with regional communities of NAREA members on an annual basis. This section includes Current and Historical information on the NAREA Winter Conference as well as a page to Register online, which will be live during the registration period for each conference.
