We are currently searching for an atelierista and/or a preschool lead teacher to join our enthusiastic and passionate team of teachers.
The position is for 32-40 hours per week and your main responsibility will be to guide and mentor the teaching team while role modelling exemplary practice.
As an atelierista, you will be required to mentor your colleagues to think critically and be reflective of their practice while making the learning visible within their classrooms. From time to time, you will be required to prepare presentations to share with parents and interactive workshops for your colleagues. You will provide support to your colleagues when required to improve their ability to observe and document children’s thinking, ideas and responses.
As a teacher, you are required to participate in our teaching team who is committed to ensuring that our children receive the best care and education possible, possess the knowledge, understanding, and successful execution of learning strategies which support all students in active inquiry is a team player with a good sense of humour and is passionate about teaching and learning!

Qualified candidates will have a college degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related degree.
Minimum of 2-5 years\’ solid experience working in Reggio Emilia inspired learning environments.
Salary is competitive with the market and dependent upon work experience.
We start anywhere from $48K–$50K per year dependent upon education and experience plus additional benefits to the right candidate.
