Looking for passionate and engaging educators working along side our preschool children age 2-5. Our educators provide a nurturing learning environment that enhances the physical, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and creative development of each child.
As an Early Childhood Educator you will:
-collaborate with a co-teacher and atelierista (studio teacher) on a daily basis to bring authentic learning experience to children
-engage in the thoughtful and creative implementation of Reggio
-partner with children and guide their learning experiences
-build strong relationships with families communicating frequently and effectively
-observe, reflect, and document to make learning visible
-keep anecdotal records of each child to create learning stories that shows a progression of skill, interest, and experience
-participate in professional development meetings, workshops, and conferences
Early childhood or preschool credential and associates degree in early childhood is preferred.
-a love of young children with a positive approach to discipline practices
-a passion for play-based early childhood education and advocating for children and families
-a willingness to be flexible and open-minded in collaboration with teaching colleagues, administration and staff
