We are looking for a new member on our team of early childhood teachers who feel inspired and excited about the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our school is located in Concord, MA in beautiful surroundings and has a huge playground area. As a small program with plenty of space and possibilities, we are proud to have generous teacher to child ratios. We serve children from ages four months to five years in our two mixed age classrooms.
The ideal candidate has experience teaching young children and we prefer candidates with college degrees. Most of all, we expect a candidate to bring creativity, joy, and a listening mind for our children. Candidates with art backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Interest and excitement for the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach is a must.
The position is full time with excellent benefits and generous vacation time. TCM runs on a 10 months school year calendar.
