We are looking to grow our program and would love to hear from you! Along with collaborating on a teaching team, job requirements include participating in all duties related to the education and care of infants, toddlers and preschool-age children. Preferred applicants have passion to work with children in a group setting, joy in inquiry based projects, and interest in making learning visible through documentation.
Degree in early childhood, art education or related field desired, as well as experience with Reggio Emilia philosophy.
EEC certification or working toward certification.

TCM is a non-profit early childhood program located in a renovated old farmhouse in beautiful Concord, MA. Our school has huge outdoor playground space. We believe that imagination, wonder, discovery and delight serve as the cornerstones of teaching and learning. We place priority on honoring the child in its capability and follow a play-based, Reggio Emilia inspired approach.
We are a small program with dedicated staff and supportive parent community. TCM operates on a 10 months school year schedule.
