Description, Responsibilities, & Duties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides meaningful and enriching experiences for children aligned with their developmental milestones.
Works together with a team of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to providing high quality education.
Documents daily happenings as well as observations of student growth.
Creates and maintains positive relationships with children and families.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Masters Degree, Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Education, preferably in Early Childhood Education
Experience with curriculum development and implementation
Early childhood education classroom experience
Willingness to learn and grow
Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, email)
45 Hours of Childcare Training
Bilingual is a plus

Salary & Benefits

Salary is competitive with market and dependent upon experience.
We start lead teachers out anywhere from $15 – $19 per hour dependent upon education and experience
We offer both health benefits and 401(k) plus other employee perks such as snacks and coffeee
