Start Date: August 1, 2018
– Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with
children and parents
– Create activities that are fun and educational for the children
– Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an
environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
– Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured
lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for
students
Qualifications
– Are native English speakers;
– Have a bachelor’s in education with minimum of three years
postgraduate work experience;
– Have teaching experience, preferably in holistic learning, PYP,
Montessori, Reggio, or Waldorf;
– Have a growth mind-set and commitment to meeting the needs of
every student;
– Are collaborative and team-oriented;
– Have strong oral and written communication skills;
– Are enthusiastic about being part of a growing and vibrant school.
Our Compensation Package and Details
– Contract duration: One or two years;
– Start date: Immediate or August;
– Working hours: 40 hours per week;
– Location: Beijing;
– Compensation: RMB 18,000 ($2,800.00) to RMB 26,000 ($4,100.00)
per month (net);
– Chinese and Western holidays;
– 12-month, multi-entry Foreign Work (Z) Visa;
– Housing allowance;
– Free lunch;
– Health insurance;
– Airfare: One round-trip ticket per employee;
– Reduced school tuition for dependents;
– Teacher training (holistic learning, Reggio, PYP, Montessori, Waldorf, MI theory).
