Nurturing school is seeking experienced, passionate Co-Teachers for our high-quality early childhood education program.
Our teachers work together collaboratively as a teaching team. Teachers work with children aged 3-5 years following an emergent, constructivist curriculum. We work individually in close relationships with not only children but also their families. Teachers will also work together with our Program Coordinator to document children’s learning processes, conduct teacher research, and track each child’s individual needs. The curriculum is based on the children’s interest, so a creative, reflective, and thoughtful professional is essential. We have a strong leadership team to actively support each teacher’s professional development which helps teachers build an effective curriculum.

Minimum experience some experience in a Reggio-inspired school; prefer a 2-year degree and some experience in a Reggio-Inspired school
Pay is contingent upon experience and education ($12-15/hr)
