- One year teaching in an early childcare environment - College credits in early childhood education or a related field - Ability to pass a tuberculosis test and NC State background check - Ability to facilitate best practices in Early Childhood - Respect for children's unique personalities and cultures - Physically able to stand, sit, and be active with children for long periods - Desire to engage closely with families and possessive of excellent communication skills - Eagerness to work positively with others in a collaborative atmosphere
