Program Description

The new school will be located in a rural setting with great emphasis on the environment as the third teacher. Children enjoy preparing food, and learn collaboratively as they interact in Spanish and English. The school will serve children ages 3 to 6 with a very low student to teacher ratio.

The children guide their own projects, are self-directed and rely on each other in setting their personal goals and objectives. In our multicultural bilingual environment we encourage sharing of the children’s work, family and language in all ways. Our school is funded through a private foundation and therefore all children attend on scholarship. This opportunity requires commitment to a community.
