Study groups typically include several presentations from the work of children and adults in the municipal infant-toddler centers and preschools, atelier experiences, cultural options, and visits to the infant-toddler centers and preschools. The only place to encounter a Reggio Emilia school is in the city of Reggio Emilia where the political, cultural, social, and educational dimensions are woven together.

NAREA is collaborating with Reggio Children to offer a study group experience in Reggio Emilia focusing on the interconnected values, principles, attitudes, research, and experiences that have come to characterize Reggio Emilia’s approach to early education.
Check-in: Saturday, May 29 (after 2 pm)
Welcome meeting: Sunday, May 30 (6 pm)
Program begins: Monday, May 31
Cultural experience: Wednesday, June 2
Program concludes: Friday, June 4 (afternoon)
Check-out: Saturday, June 5 (by 11 am)
