We are seeking to hire five candidates for the full-time positions of Director & Pedagogical Coordinator
Each Director & Pedagogical Coordinator will work 40 hours per week, teaching in classrooms for approximately 20 hours per week and acting as a direct support and thinking partner to the children, teachers, families, and community of those classrooms for approximately 20 hours per week. As part of this role, each Director & Pedagogical Coordinator will work closely with a team of fellow Directors who co-create and uphold the vision of the school.

Required Qualifications
● MA in Early Childhood Education or a related field
● Minimum five years of classroom and/or school leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
● A strong knowledge of the schools in Reggio Emilia, Italy and a commitment to creating a contemporary and contextual interpretation of this pedagogical approach
● A commitment to holding social justice and equity as central within daily practices
Desired Qualifications
● Current Birth-3rd Grade Teaching License
● Multiple years of experience with observation and documentation, curriculum
development, and environment design
● A commitment to professional growth through reading current literature, participating in conferences, leading research projects, etc.
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● The ability to collaborate, coach, and mentor teachers with a variety of backgrounds and levels of experiences
The salary range will be $50,000 – $75,000. Salaries will be based on years of related
