Center Director – New Program!
Campus Child Care (CCC)

CCC is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic program leader to launch our newest program. This is an amazing opportunity to be on the ground floor of a new center designed to be a Reggio Emilia inspired program. Building on the strength of our six existing programs, the director of Western Avenue Children’s Center (WACC) will have the support needed to build a program at a pace that reflects our organization’s ability to hire and enroll. Adjacent to the new Paulson Science and Engineering Campus in Allston MA, WACC is set to open in June 2023. WACC will play an important role in both building and supporting the community. The program will eventually fill 8 classrooms and have a robust administrative team, ample staffing and a building that supports large and small group work indoors and out.

At CCC a Center Director is the LEADER who embraces and implements the vision and mission of CCC to provide high quality care to Harvard and the surrounding community. The Center
Director is the key influencer who sets the tone for the center and maintains its excellence. The Director establishes a culture where staff and parents also can contribute to the CCC community of innovation and inspired learning.

The Director is accountable to diversity, equity and inclusion for all community members.
We would like a director to join our team early get to know our existing programs and feel grounded on campus before WACC opens.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
● BA in early childhood education or related field, Masters preferred
● Minimum of five years of child care work experience, including work experience as a child
center administrator including direct supervision in a caregiving environment
● Mass. EEC Director II certification
● Experience supporting a diverse population

Salary & Benefits

$95,000 – $115,000
