Program Description

The Aspen Center for Child Development, a program of the OUR Center, is a small Reggio inspired, non-profit early care and education setting serving a diverse population of children and families in Longmont, Colorado. We are currently hiring passionate educators to work alongside children in our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. We are also looking to fill the unique Community Support Teacher role.

We believe all children have the right to engaging spaces that honor their capabilities and creativity. Our program is play based and inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, focusing on developmentally appropriate, creative experiences with children. Our highly qualified early childhood educators guide children’s learning by using their strengths and interests as catalysts for exploration, discovery, and problem solving.

We are dedicated to best practices in early care and education and fostering the 4 Cs of 21st Century Learning: Creativity, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Communication, through professional developments.
