Position Overview:
Grant Park Cooperative Preschool, a Reggio Emilia-inspired cornerstone of progressive early childhood education in Atlanta, is seeking two skilled Early Childhood Educators for our Multi-Age Classroom, serving children aged three to five. This role is ideal for educators passionate about creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment and experienced in working with a diverse age range of young children. Embracing a philosophy of child-led, play-based learning rooted in the Reggio Emilia approach, our practice at GPCP is to cultivate an educational environment where the curriculum organically evolves, guided by the interests and discoveries of the children. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with co-educators to design and implement stimulating educational experiences that honor this philosophy, encouraging exploration and creativity, while documenting each child’s developmental journey. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding a learning experience that is as responsive as it is enriching, helping to unfold a unique educational path for each child.
This position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt. Salary: $39,520 – $43,600 a year – Full-time
