We are seeking a full time educator with a passion for early childhood education, a commitment to life-long learning, and complete respect for children and their families. Educators at Riverfield are responsible for team teaching in a nurturing, consistent, developmentally appropriate environment that meets the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical needs of young children. Additionally they develop and maintain parent relationships, collaborate effectively with colleagues, co-create a curriculum that facilitates inquiry-based, collaborative, experiential learning and participate in daily documentation and analysis of children’s experiences as a tool to deepen and extend learning.
We require a love of children, a passion for education and thinking, and a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field. Familiarity with the philosophies of Reggio Emilia is preferred; a willingness to continually learn more is a must.
Salary and Benefits are Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Riverfield Country Day School is an ISAS and NAEYC accredited independent school educating children 8 weeks through twelfth grade.
