Collaborate with the DCJCC Preschool Director to ensure the integration of the Reggio Emilia inspired approach in all aspects of the school.
Lead reflective meetings with teachers.
Build opportunities for teachers to learn together and grow toward the vision of the school.
Support the teachers by helping them gather resources and materials and help them find background information for issues or learning opportunities in the classroom.
Construct a curriculum in conjunction with the DCJCC Preschool staff which is developmentally appropriate and inspired by Reggio Emilia.
Interweave Jewish content throughout the program.
All candidates must be flexible, energetic and warm, as well as be able to work in a team-based approach to teaching. Good communication skills with children and adults are necessary as well as a desire for continued learning and professional development.
Familiarity and experience with a Reggio-inspired curriculum is required.
Salary commensurate with experience and education.
