Program Description

We are creating a school where students have as much one-on-one time as possible with teachers. We will seek a variety of teachers who are able to switch between topics and students and work with each student individually throughout the day.
We are looking for people who can foremost instill a love of learning/ make learning exciting. Someone who can customize their lesson to appeal to each student’s individual interests and needs. Learning each student’s passion and finding ways to make learning fun and natural.
Students are between ages 1-3 at the moment, so the primary focus will be on the two 2.5-3 year olds, but we’d like to at least begin a little bit with the younger ones if it makes sense.
