We are a Reggio-inspired Preschool in Tokyo, JAPAN, Kodomo Edu International School. We are located in the center of Tokyo, Nakameguro. Teachers are very diverse and we love this dynamic team work. JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Be committed to the child-centered learning environment by bringing the sense of wonder to the children.
* Observe the children and present them appropriate questions that can encourage them to explore further.
* Create documentations by observing the children so as to share their learning process with your colleagues and the parents.
* Be proactive to improve the school
* Be a constant learner to deepen your teaching skill (We provide dedicated training programs.)
* Take appropriate free time to deepen your knowledge and interest which can contribute to the classroom.
WORK HOURS:
* School Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (one-hour lunch break),
* Work hours : 40 hours in a week, from Monday to Saturday
* Preschool teacher qualifications required.
* Work experience at Reggio-inspired school more than 3 years would be preferable.
* We prefer the candidates who can continue to work for more than 2 year.
* Compensation: from 300,000 yen (US$ 2,900) to 400,000 yen (US$ 3,800)/monthly
* Holidays : Japanese holidays, 2 weeks summer break, 2 weeks winter break
* Initial and regular-basis trainings by Reggio Emilia approach professionals
