Radcliffe Child Care Center, a Reggio-inspired, Harvard University affiliated Child Care Center, is currently seeking a full time Toddler Teacher and a full time Preschool Teacher. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, have 2+ years of teaching young children, and are professional, flexible, energetic, and committed to learning and growing with the children. We are seeking candidates who have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and child-based learning, have experience with observing and documenting children’s learning, and will support strong partnerships with families. Candidates should also be adept at collaborating with their teaching team to create an emergent curriculum, and have excellent communication skills.
bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred. must be either preschool or toddler teacher certified by d.e.e.c.
