We are currently accepting APPLICATIONS for Program Leaders in both our infant/toddler and preschool programs. These are new positions being created with the intent to help shape the direction of our school as we continue our study of the Reggio Approach and embed these ideals into our daily practices. Program Leaders are full-time Lead teachers within the classroom and will have added duties of overseeing and supporting the planning and documentation process of follow teachers within our program.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF two YEARs of WORK EXPERIENCE WITHIN A REGGIO INSPIRED PROGRAM AND HOLD A BACHELORS DEGREE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OR A RELATED FIELD. SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE VITAL.
