Working as an Early Childhood Educator requires a certain whole-hearted presence, sensitivity and awareness in order to foster meaningful connections with the children in your classroom, their families, as well as with your colleagues. The classroom is an intimate work environment in which you will have to closely collaborate with your co-teachers. As such, we strive to create a professional work environment that promotes integrity, respect, empathy, compassion and a growth mindset.
