To save on conference fees, become a paid NAREA member.
By becoming a member at the rate of $40 (retired), $45 (school associate), or $100 (participant), registrants receive $100 conference discount and additional benefits throughout the membership year. Please review our membership benefits & pricing page for more information.
Schedule
The program varies from conference to conference. Typical features may include presentations and reflections by noted representatives from Reggio Emilia and/or North America, visits to the Mosaic of Marks, Words, Material (Mosaics) exhibition + atelier, school visits, interactive ateliers, small group discussions, and local cultural experiences. A detailed schedule will go out to participants in a logistics email one week before the conference begins.

All fees are in U.S. dollars. Full payment must be received to secure space.
Written request for refunds must be submitted by March 4, 2027 to the NAREA office via e-mail.
All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee per registration.
Lodging
Hotel accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee.
Participants will find many hotels near the conference venue on various travel websites.
