Program Description

The Aspen Grove School, a Reggio-inspired school, located in urban Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Director who can lead the school’s culture, people, and operational excellence while serving as the primary driver of day-to-day execution. This leader will lead three functional directors and ensure the school operates smoothly so the Founder can focus on strategic initiatives. The role requires a rare blend of emotional intelligence, business acumen, and credibility within the early childhood education space.

With a strong foundation, a founder looking to step into a strategic role, and a deeply mission-driven purpose centered on honoring the wonder of childhood, the incoming leader will shape the next era of growth by building a thriving staff culture, strengthening systems, steering the organization in reflecting a Reggio identity, and ensuring Aspen Grove continues delivering exceptional experiences for children and families.
