Description, Responsibilities, & Duties

We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator to lead our small play- and nature-based preschool classroom beginning in August 2021. The position is full time. Our program consists of 12-14 three-, four- and five- year olds with a full time lead teacher and full time assistant.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree and significant experience with nature-based and emergent early childhood education. Patience, enthusiasm, creativity, collaboration and alignment with Quaker tenets and values are key attributes. Comfort with an outdoor-focused curriculum required.
