About the City

Located Northeast of Burlington, Winooski is a walkable city with a close connection to nature. With a history in industrial textile milling, the city has been reformed into a bustling urban center with plenty of small businesses and restaurants. Winooski is adjacent to the Winooski River and Winooski Falls and full of beautiful trails, parks, and recreation areas. Local community comes together regularly for the Farmers Market, music festivals, and art walks. Look just across the river to Burlington for even more options for dining and culture.
