Reservation Details
To reserve a space, please submit the following form with a $1000 deposit or payment in full. If a reservation is made within 60 days of the study group start date, full payment is required when registering. Registration closes when capacity is reached. Due to group size limitations, we will confirm your registration within 7 days by direct email to the address provided. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enrollment is always encouraged. Do not book flights prior to receiving registration confirmation. See the payments and cancellation policy in the NAREA Travel Terms and Conditions for details.
We are sold out of single rooms. If you are a new single registrant, you will need to pay an additional $156.
